Blue Orchid Holistic Wellness is a Licensed Massage Therapy Practice that is focused on helping individuals who are serious about their wellness goals and want to live a more holistic lifestyle.

A holistic lifestyle is recognizing the connection between your mind, body, and soul, our external environment, and focusing on finding the root causes of our issues. Being mindful, managing stress, healthy food choices, self care, meditation, movement, being intentional, and holistic medicine; Living Naturally.
Welcome New Clients
If you are new to massage therapy, or just new to us, and you would like to check us out before scheduling an appointment; We do offer Free 15 Minute Consultation Appointments that go through- What to Expect, A quick tour of the office, Review of Medical History & Massage Therapist Recommendations, and Scheduling your First Appointment with us.
All new clients are required to prepay for their initial visit with us. To request an appOintment as a new client you can also Send an appointmEnt reqUest to our email.
Wellness Plans
We want to help you achieve your wellness goals and our wellness plans help to keep you on track with those goals. You and your therapist can discuss the frequency you should receive a massage and customize it to fit your needs.
Bi-Weekly
This plan allows you to receive a massage every two weeks. you can choose the 60 minute or the 90 minute plan to receive either 2- 60 minute massages a month or 2-90 minute massages a month.
Monthly
This plan allows you to receive a massage once a month. You can choose from either the 60 minute or 90 minute plan.
6 Weeks
This plan includes a massage once every 6 weeks. This is common among those who are just maintaining in their wellness plan and do not have a need to come in as often. You can choose from either the 60 minute or 90 minute plan.
Quarterly
This plan is for those that are maintaining as well as checking in with prolonged progress. You will come in once every three months to receive a massage; choosing from either the 60 minute or 90 minute plan.
Massage Services
We offer Professional, Therapeutic, and Holistic Wellness services. This means that we treat the mind-body and the whole person; Creating a wellness plan customized for the individual to fit your holistic lifestyle. These services are all inclusive consisting of either 60 or 90 minutes- designed and customized to you. Massage is a process in which it is not just a "one-time-fix-all" service. We encourage a self-awareness in our clients to stay on top of their self care.

About Us
Blue Orchid Holistic Wellness is a small but growing massage therapy business that opened in North Raleigh in February of 2020. This Licensed Massage Therapy Practice is owned and operated by, LMBT, Christina Taylor, and co-owned by her husband, and also LMBT, Andrew Taylor.
Knightdale was established in July of 2022, located inside of a chiropractic office that also provides acupuncture. Being a holistic massage practice this allows us to include other alternative medicine practitioners all in one place to compliment your services. As a holistic practice we treat the whole person. You are NOT your symptoms and you are NOT your side effects. We want to get to the root of your issues and help you to develop a wellness routine that leads you to living naturally.
Massage is a process known for its overall wellness benefits and promotion of self-care. We promote self-care, mindfulness, stress management, and encourage a holistic lifestyle through massage and wellness. We personalize each session with you and develop a wellness plan to keep you on track with your wellness goals.
Christina has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2016. She studied massage therapy at The College of Wilmington in Wilmington, NC. She is a Pre/Postnatal & Muscle Recovery Massage Therapist. This means she works with women during and after their pregnancy as well as clients needing help with muscle recovery. [ie,, athletes, weightlifters, post surgery, post injury, chronic pain etc.] Christina loves sharing her knowledge with her clients, ensuring that they also know the best ways to take care of themselves in between session.
Andrew has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2012. He studied massage therapy at ECPI University in Raleigh, NC. He is a customized deep relaxation massage therapist and has experience working in a 4-Star Resort Spa. His broad spectrum of experience and professionalism stands out in every service. He may not always be on the schedule at the office but helps out when needed and can be available for corporate chair massage events as well.

Our Policies & Procedures
Credit Card Reservation Policy
In order to secure your spot for your appointment we require a credit card on file. When booking the appointment, you are agreeing to our Reschedule & Cancellation Fee Schedule Policy and to our Late Policy. Prepayment is required for all new clients at the time of booking.

24 hours notice is required to cancel & reschedule appointments.
Rescheduling Same Day: 100% Charge of Service Price
Cancellation Same Day & No Call/No Show: 100% Charge of Service Price
*After two consecutive same day cancellations/no-shows, you will be required to pre-pay for future appointments. More than three no-shows and we will not accept your appointments anymore. *
Late Policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be required to reschedule and a fee may apply. Your time as well as the therapist’s time is valuable. If you do arrive 15 minutes late, also keep in mind that your time will be shortened, and you will still be responsible for the payment of a full service.
We DO NOT tolerate misconduct of any kind and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel service. You will still be responsible for payment of the service as well.

Our North Raleigh Location is conveniently located between Six Forks Road and Creedmoor Road; near the A.E. Finley YMCA and Planet Fitness. We are in Suite 107 of Building 9209, in the Brick Oakmark Office Center. Our office is the private entrance- with the glass door- on the side of that building and it is shared with another massage therapist.

Our Knightdale Location is Conveniently located off North Smithfield Road. We have two rooms inside of Infinite Wellness, where Dr. Glen Peterson provides Chiropractic, Accupuncture, and other services. This location can serve as a “one-stop shop” where we can provide your massage therapy services and you can also see Dr. Glen for Chiropractic Care. Ask for more information upon arrival.
